Business Owner / Sales Manager
Born and raised in Vancouver, WA, Kristene relocated to Montana in 2005, spending 18 months in Helena, and in 2007 setting roots in Billings. She is the proud mom of Kloe, Maya, and Xander. Upon arriving in Montana, Kristene worked in the financial industry, specializing in personal banking and insurance. However, in 2012 she found her calling in the pool and spa industry. Spending 5 1/2 years running the sales and marketing department for another company and being part of their rise to Dealer of the Year in 2015, she knew her ultimate goal was to open her own spa store. In 2017, Kristene's dreams for her and her family became a reality when she and her partners founded Big Sky Spas. She is confident the company will become the ultimate spa and patio store in Montana.
Kristene is the girl who loves to sell hot tubs and the entire backyard experience. You will find her in the store taking care of customers, or hear her on one of the radio or Facebook videos she enjoys doing. As the self-proclaimed “nerd” of the spa business, she takes great pleasure in teaching people the ins and outs of spa ownership. From the chemical needed to maintain the water, to trouble shooting minor issues on the phone, to helping someone find the perfect spa to fit their needs, she is the one you want to go to.
Business Owner / Business Manager
Robert grew up as a farm kid in Southeastern Washington. He was youngest of 7 children and learned very early the importance of family. With a background as a police officer, medic and firefighter and a Master’s Degree in Global Management, Robert brings a wealth of information and knowledge to the Big Sky Spas. He can troubleshoot problems and work through complex issues to bring customers solutions for their needs.
Robert is the man always getting things done. You might find him in the store helping in the day to day operations or out in the community involved in one of the many groups and non-profits he participates in. Either way he is always looking for ways Big Sky Spas can continue to serve the customers and community even better.
